What we are looking for

Pitch explainers, comparisons, creative histories, examinations of common assumptions and occasion-based pieces about writing, image-making, performance and related forms. A contribution should have one central idea, give readers a reason to care and offer concrete examples or thoughtful questions rather than broad encouragement.

Make the pitch specific

Tell us the working title, the main point, why it suits Creative News Network and how you would approach it. Mention the intended reader and any specialist sources, permissions or illustrations the piece would need. Please say whether the proposal has been sent elsewhere.
